WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Contact us for returns or exchanges. We are happy to work with you in any way.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
We do not offer gift cards right now because I haven't figured that out yet. Just give them cash and write "for a GMG putter" on it.
IS THERE A COMPLETELY CUSTOM OPTION?
Wow, funny you should ask. We have a custom shop that is willing to work with you on anything you want. Contact us for details, or with any special requests you have.
ARE THESE REALLY MADE IN CALGARY?
Yes. The heads are completely made in Calgary. The shafts, grips, glue, and steel are likely from China. Not perfect, but it's a start.
HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY PUTTER?
Putters are made to order and will ship within 10 to 14 business days.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO MAINTAIN MY GMG PUTTER?
You are best to keep it as dry and clean as possible, due to the fact that your putter is constructed from carbon steel. Rust will form if it is allowed to stay wet for too long. Ensuring it is put away dry at the end of the round will keep it looking prime.
